Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an order ID as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after your order ships. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more.
• Orders under $50: $9.99 flat rate.
• Prices shown in other currencies are converted from US dollars.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. If yours isn't listed, choose "Other" and we'll contact you with the available options.

Returns

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.

How to return an item

Email gabooo@gmail.com with your order ID and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and check the returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Mention it in your return email and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.

Storage on your device

Your cart, wishlist, language, currency and theme preferences, as well as your account and order history, are saved in your browser's local storage on this device. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Sharing your information

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with services needed to run the store, such as our email provider (to send order confirmations) and delivery partners (to deliver your order).

Third-party content

This site loads images, fonts and icons from external providers (Unsplash, Google Fonts and cdnjs). Like any website request, these providers may receive your IP address.

We do our best to show products, colours and prices accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are set in US dollars; other currencies are approximate conversions. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and let you know.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We'll contact you to confirm your order before it ships. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock.

Payment

All orders are paid in cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives, so please have the amount ready. No card details are needed on this website.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under your account.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the gabooo name, logo, text and images, belongs to gabooo or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
